资源简介:
This dataset contains de-identified clinical records from 337 elderly patients (age ≥65) who underwent elective orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia with the intravenous anesthetic Ciprofol. The data was collected to investigate risk factors for Postoperative Delirium (POD). It includes comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative variables such as demographic information, depression and frailty scores, surgical details, anesthetic depth (BIS), laboratory results (inflammatory, nutritional, and renal markers), and novel blood-based neural injury biomarkers (Neurofilament Light chain and GFAP). The primary outcome is POD incidence (19.9%), assessed using the Confusion Assessment Method. Analysis identified key independent predictors including higher Geriatric Depression Scale scores, lower Prognostic Nutritional Index, elevated postoperative NfL, and increased sleep fragmentation. This dataset is suitable for research on perioperative neurocognitive outcomes, predictive modeling, and biomarker validation.
