Digital census of persons in the state capital of Kiel (Odala)

**General** This dataset provides different values for the digital counting of persons. The sensors measure connections with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) nearby. The data is collected and processed on the device in accordance with the GDPR. Only aggregated and anonymised connections are provided as data. The data will be provided within the framework of the [Odala funding project](https://odalaproject.eu/). **Data model** The data can include different sensor types and manufacturers. In order to harmonise the data, these are combined into a uniform data model. Not every sensor measures all specified values.
