The coastal path must provide pedestrians with access to the shoreline of the sea and
walk as far as possible along the coastline.
It refers to the entire route open along the sea.
It does not have a single legal status because it consists of sections of a legal nature
it’s different. Depending on the nature of the land bordering the public maritime domain, the trail
passes over the public domain of the State or local and regional authorities, or
private properties.
The entire pathway constituting the coastal trail includes the pathway
open to pedestrians, the trail line to be studied or accessible in the short term, the linear
from the inaccessible coastline.
Sections are one of the main elements for identifying the
location, route and use of the coastal trail.
