LAI, FAPAR, FCOVER, and Other Biophysical Parameters for Europe from ENVISAT/MERIS, 2003-present

A set of biophysical variables (CHL, CSF, FAPAR, FBrown, FCover, Fsnow, FSoil, Fwater, LAI) is derived from ENVISAT/MERIS data. The on-demand products are available over some European catchments and, for specific years of interest. The data are available at 300 m spatial resolution, monthly/10 days temporal resolution from 2003 to present for the whole Europe continent, and made available to the user in near-real time. The baseline vegetation model developed for processing the MERIS data uses the SAIL/PROSPECT model as its core component. These products are generated by Astrium Services.
