This data set includes the raw data for variables used in the survey of primary care providers reported in "Barriers and Facilitators to Use of a Clinical Evidence Technology in the Management of Skin Problems in Primary Care: Insights from Mixed Methods" Jour Med Lib Assoc July 2020 . Data is comprised of 39 variables (columns) from survey questions, and 21 cases (rows) with responses from participants. <br>The data dictionary file includes the variable name, type of response, and the survey questions in a comma separated file. <br>
