Analysis code and data for "Beyond the billion: dose-response immunophenotyping and machine learning classification of live vs. heat-treated gram-positive probiotic strains in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells—a single-donor proof-of-concept study"

Complete reproducibility package for the article "Beyond the Billion" (Frontiers in Microbiology). Contains the raw BioPlex cytokine data (blinded strain codes A–L), the full analysis code, a pinned computational environment (requirements.txt and Dockerfile), the canonical output values, and a verification script (verify.py) that re-runs the pipeline and confirms that every reported value reproduces from the raw data. Deterministic values are reproduced exactly; ML-derived continuous metrics (AUC-ROC, feature importances) reproduce to within ±0.005 across CPU architectures. See README.md for instructions.
