Genome Properties

Genome properties is an annotation system whereby functional attributes can be assigned to a genome, based on the presence of a defined set of protein signatures within that genome. This is a reimplementation at EMBL-EBI of a resource previously hosted at JCVI.基因组属性（Genome properties）是一类注释系统，可基于目标基因组内存在的一组已定义蛋白质特征（protein signatures）为该基因组赋予功能属性。本系统为欧洲分子生物学实验室欧洲生物信息学研究所（EMBL-EBI）的重新实现版本，其原始资源此前由JCVI托管。
