Embryonic environment impacts adult traits and phenotypic integration in the pea aphid

Wingless pea aphids were reared at high or low density and their subsequent offspring were collected. We did RNAseq on winged and wingless offspring from both maternal treatments, when the offspring were adults, in order to determine the latent signatures of maternal stress in the next generation.
