Supporting data for "Development of a droplet-based microfluidic system for influenza infection analysis"

All raw data for "Development of a droplet-based microfluidic system for influenza infection analysis". Dataset includes more than 250 single influenza virion sequencing of four different strains, partly with full genome sequencing, which is the most featured part of the dataset that elucidates heterogeneity of the virus. Other supporting data includes the phenotypic images during viral infection, including single cell infection timepoint images, and plaque assay images showing different plaque phenotypes.
