These metagenomes were created from the mucus of 20 Siderastrea siderea corals over four months (July, August, September, October of 2014) during a thermal anomaly in the Florida Keys. These corals were also randomized into different nutrient treatments: Control, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, or Nitrogen/Phosphorus combined. Additionally, many of the corals suffered from Dark Spot Syndrome throughout the course of the experiment.
