资源简介:

The Australian Biosecurity Genomic Database (ABGD) is a curated collection of reference viral genome sequences based on the Australian National Notifiable Disease List of Terrestrial Animals. To assess the performance of the ABGD in disease investigation, it was used to analyse metagenomic sequencing data generated from terrestrial animal samples known to contain viruses. The samples that generated sequences for phylogenetic analysis are included in this BioProject, and are as follows: A) Porcine teschovirus contig sequence generated from ileum tissue sampled from a piglet; B) Porcine circovirus 3 contig sequence generated from jejunum contents sampled from a piglet; C) Border disease virus consensus genome sequence generated from EDTA blood sampled from a lamb; D) Foot-and-mouth disease consensus VP1 sequence generated from soft palate tissue sampled from a cow.
