Transcriptome of Methanococcus maripaludis JJ with or without selenite

Comparative RNA-Seq experiments of Methanococcus maripaludis JJ in the presence or absence of selenite under culture conditions with hydrogen and carbon dioxide were performed.本研究针对马氏甲烷球菌JJ（Methanococcus maripaludis JJ），在以氢气与二氧化碳为培养底物的培养条件下，开展了有无亚硒酸盐（selenite）存在时的比较转录组测序（Comparative RNA-Seq）对照实验。
