This repository contains the raw and filtered count matrices of 6 single-cell RNA-Sequencing samples (F18, F31B, F31W, F59, F62B and F62W), as well as the web_summary.html file generated by CellRanger software.
Methods to obtain the count matrices:
The 48 files, corresponding to 4 paired-end FASTQ files per sample, were downloaded on the National Omics Data Encyclopedia with the project identifier OEP00002321 (https://www.biosino.org/node/project/detail/OEP002321). For each of the 6 samples, the 8 files were processed through the same pipeline. The reads were mapped onto the hg19 version of the human reference transcriptome and the count matrix was then built using the cellranger count command line from the CellRanger software, version 3.0.1.
