Population structure of Northern sand lance Ammodytes dubius

This study used low-coverage, whole genome sequencing to examine the population structure of northern sand lance (Ammodytes dubius), using 300 specimen samples from across the distributional range (Mid-Atlantic Bight - Greenland). Low coverage, individual data were mapped to a high quality, high coverage reference genome based on a single individual sampled in 2020.
