Bacillus paralicheniformis strain:H12 Genome sequencing and assembly

This project presents the whole genome sequencing of bacterial strains isolated from diverse Algerian ecological niches, including saline systems locally known as sabkha, rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soils. The study aims to explore the biocontrol potential of these strains as sustainable solutions for agricultural pest management. This project was financially supported by the General Direction of Research and Technologies Development (DGRSDT) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MERS) in Algeria.
