Microbial 16sRNA sequencing of abandoned coal mine pit water

Results of 16sRNA sequencing for samples taken from three different sampling sites (D-1, W-3 and W-5) of an abandoned coal mine in central China.The sampling area is located in a mining area in Hunan Province, China, which is a typical acidic mining environment rich in pollutants such as metal ions and sulphates due to the long-term impact of mining activities.
