RNA-seq analysis in OCI-AML2 and MOLM-13 cells treated with selinexor or DMSO for 36 hours. Overall design: Gene expression profiling was conducted in triplicate and RNA was extracted OCI-AML2 and MOLM-13 cells were treated for 36 hours with vehicle or selinexor (200nM for OCI-AML2 and 75nM for MOLM-13) in biologically independent triplicate. RNA was isolated from whole cells with the RNEasy Mini kit (Qiagen) and sent for paired-end RNA-sequencing by Novogene. Mapped reads were analyzed using DEseq and assessed for differential expression in selinexor versus vehicle-treated conditions.
