This repository contains the datasets and MATLAB codes used in the manuscript: GEO-2025-0519 — Wave propagation in fluid-saturated porous rocks under stress: An integrated approach. The uploaded files include: 1. MATLAB Codes (1) aspect_ratio_density.m — computes crack aspect ratio and crack density from velocity–pressure data.(2) attenuation_calculation.m — calculates ultrasonic attenuation during pressure loading.(3) Pade_vs_Chi_3States.m — evaluates the relationship between χ (normalized crack indicator) and Padé coefficients for the three saturation conditions.(4) Pade_vs_Chi_all_data.m — combines all saturation states to examine the unified scaling between χ and Padé coefficients.(5) Pclose_calculate.m — computes crack-closure pressure based on Walsh’s model.(6) Velocity_fitting.m — fits velocity–pressure curves and extracts the third-order elastic constants and Padé coefficients. 2. Experimental Data Velocity.xlsx — measured P- and S-wave velocities under different confining pressures and saturation conditions. Vp_FoSp75.xlsx — P-waveform data for the 7% porosity Fontainebleau sandstone sample. Vs_FoSp75.xlsx — S-waveform data for the same specimen. These datasets and codes support the reproducibility of the nonlinear acoustoelastic and Padé acoustoporoelastic analyses presented in the manuscript.
