We used RNAseq to characterize the transcriptional changes elicited by each drug in a mutant KRAS lung cancer cell lines (H1792) Overall design: H1792 cell line treated with Trametinib (MEKi) or Lestaurtinib (multikinase FLT3i) for 16 hours
