Future Pedestrian Facilities

This data illustrates the future pedestrian facilities inside of and connecting to the Durham City Limits. Facilities in this dataset are symbolized as ‘sidewalks’ and ‘shared use paths.’ ‘Sidewalks’ include all sidewalks, and ‘shared use paths’ include all shared use paths as well as a couple of trails and greenways. While this dataset includes mostly funded projects, there are some unfunded projects included as well from the 2017 Bike Walk Plan referenced here: https://www.durhamnc.gov/3092/BikeWalk-Plan-2017.
