“Within the parcel-sharp areas, dedications and construction procedures that could subsequently prevent, significantly complicate or significantly increase the construction of line-based infrastructure projects (e.g. bypasses or new railway lines) are in principle not permitted. The free holding areas are based on regulations of the Oö. State government (spatial planning programmes): RegioTram from Linz to Pregarten according to Oö. LGBl. No. 22/2017, Osttangente Linz according to Oö. LGBl. No. 63/2019, Bypasses and relocations of roads in the planning area “Mattigtal-South” according to Oö. LGBl. No. 61/2019.
