Murine c-Kit-positive bone marrow cells immortalized by various AF10 fusion genes were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1ng/ml of GM-CSF, IL-3, and SCF. Normal murine c-Kit positive cells were also analyzed for comparison. The RNA samples of each cell line were harvested using Rneasy kit (Qiagen) and analyzed by mRNA-seq.
