Data include information on socio-economic characteristics of a sample of agricultural and food producers. Data are collected through a semi-structured questionnaire and reported on OpenDocument text files. The interview transcripts are regrouped in 6 supply chain reports. Data are anonymous since respondents do not need to include their name or other sensible data.
