The bacterial and archaeal community composition was investigated at bog, fen and spruce swamp forest (SSF) in the Šumava Mts. (Czech Republic) using high throughput sequencing using IlluminaMiSeq platform and normalization of number of sequences per OTUs. The links between physico-chemical parameters of peat and microbial community composition were tested.
