Benefits of equilibrium between microbiota- and host-derived ligands of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor after stroke

These files contain raw data sets obtained from mass spectrometry analysis of mouse brain and plasma after stroke (MCAO) and indole derivative-treatment with their respective vehicle treated control groups. These data sets also have both WT and germ-free (GF) animal experiments. detailed methodology is explained in the manuscript
