EZH1/2 dual inhibitors suppress HTLV-1-infected cell proliferation and hyperimmune response in HTLV-1-associated myelopathy

Gene expression profiling in PBMC and CD4+ T cells was performed to define gene expression changes in HTLV-1 infected cells from HAM/TSP patients. Total RNA samples from sorted patient cells were subjected to Cy-3 labeling followed by human whole genome gene expression microarray analyses.
