资源简介:

This dataset contains neonatal hippocampal and plasma lipidomic profiles from C57BL/6J, PSEN1-KI, and 3xTg-AD mice analyzed at postnatal day 0 (P0). Lipid profiling was performed using internal-standard-based direct-infusion electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). The dataset includes 27 biological observations: 15 hippocampal samples (n = 5 per genotype) and 15 plasma samples (n = 5 per genotype). Hippocampal and plasma lipidomics were obtained from independent animal cohorts and should not be interpreted as paired brain–plasma measurements.Lipid values are expressed as relative molar percentages (mol%) within the measured lipid pool, enabling analysis of lipidome-wide compositional organization across glycerophospholipids, sphingolipids, cholesteryl esters, and triacylglycerols. The dataset contains 398 lipid variables. Lipid species are reported using summed carbon:number-of-double-bonds annotations according to the structural resolution of the analytical platform. When multiple triacylglycerol signals share the same summed composition, they are distinguished using asterisks (e.g., TAG(52:4), TAG(52:4)*, TAG(52:4)**). These asterisks are analytical identifiers only and do not indicate ether, plasmalogen, or other bond/linkage chemistry. This dataset supports the study of coordinated neonatal lipid remodeling associated with PSEN1-KI and 3xTg-AD genetic contexts and enables reproducible analysis of hippocampal and peripheral lipid signatures.
