To meet the design and analysis requirements of the Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor Nuclear Energy System (TMSR), the China Nuclear Data Center and the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics jointly developed a comprehensive evaluated nuclear data library CENDL-TMSR with complete nuclide coverage. CENDL-TMSR consists of three sub-libraries: the evaluated neutron data library (covering 405 nuclides), the fission yield data library (with approximately 1100 fission product nuclei), and the decay data library (covering 54 nuclides). The evaluated neutron data library was macroscopically validated against the benchmark installations from the International Handbook of Evaluated Criticality Safety Benchmark Experiments (ICSBEP). The results demonstrate that the overall performance of the CENDL-TMSR evaluated neutron data library is comparable to that of ENDF/B-VII.1, and outperforms ENDF/B-VII.1 on certain benchmark installations. The evaluated neutron data library of CENDL-TMSR is built upon the latest international evaluated neutron data, with updated evaluations of key data in the thorium-uranium nuclear fuel cycle. Neutron data for other nuclides were recommended through microscopic comparisons combined with macroscopic validation results. The fission yield data library is based on the ENDF/B-VII.1 fission yield library, with updated evaluations of the cumulative yield data for 15 key fission product nuclei from the fission nuclides ²³²Th, ²³³U and ²³⁵U. The updated data exhibit smaller reduced chi-square values and higher precision. The decay data library was updated and evaluated using the latest domestic and international measured data, resolving discrepancies among the original datasets and providing more reasonable uncertainty estimations. It is provided in both text format and ENDF-6 format, and supports search and retrieval via multiple channels including the internet and local storage.
