According to § 14 (4) Tiroler Spatial Planning Act (TROG), the Tyrolean state government has to collect the number of recreational residences on the basis of the reports of the mayors and publish them on the Internet, see https://www.tirol.gv.at/statistik-budget/statistik/freizeitwohnsitze/. A note: Recreational residences which exist on the basis of an exemption permit pursuant to § 13 (7) TROG are not relevant for calculations pursuant to § 13(4) TROG.
