Data release: Enabling gravitational-wave astronomy with spin-precessing black holes on generic orbits
收藏资源简介:
Posterior samples from the parameter-estimation analyses presented in: A. Gamboa et al. - Enabling gravitational-wave astronomy with spin-precessing black holes on generic orbits (2026): arXiv:2609.01568 Contents The data release contains 22 HDF5 files with the results of eccentric-, spin-precessing parameter-estimation analyses using the SEOBNRv6EPHM waveform model, for 11 gravitational-wave events spanning the O1–O4 LIGO–Virgo–KAGRA observing runs, including binary black hole, neutron-star–black-hole, and binary neutron star mergers. For GW200129, we include results for six different treatments of the LIGO-Livingston glitch, and both uniform and log-uniform eccentricity priors (see the paper for details). Each file is a Bilby result object stored in HDF5 format. It can be loaded with: import bilbyresult = bilby.read_in_result("samples/GW150914_v6EPHM_result.hdf5")posterior = result.posterior Eccentricity and spins are reported at an orbit-averaged reference-frequency of 5.5 Hz for GW190521, 20 Hz for GW200105, 23 Hz for GW170817, and 10 Hz otherwise (each run's value is in posterior["reference_frequency"]). The notebook load_results.ipynb shows how to load and plot the samples.
