ZIP-file of fluorescent 3D image stacks of matrix-embedded (Matrigel-collagen mix) breast cell co-cultures

ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from MCF7 (GFP) 3D co-cultures (Human Dermal Fibroblasts, RFP) embedded in Matrigel-collagen mix and grown in 96-well plates. The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with DMSO (control samples), Fulvestrant, or docetaxel. Images are 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst, GFP, RFP, EdU (and brightfield) channel. The lateral pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 x 10.0 ) micron. Images are in CZI-format.
