Biogeochemical components from underway water sampling system from CTD Data from T/S Oshoro maru 2023 Arctic Cruise / C145

To understand biogeochemical characteristic of the surface water in the Chukchi Sea, we collected surface seawater samples from underway water sampling system. We analyzed the biogeochemical parameters (Dissolved Inorganic Carbon (DIC), Total Alkalinity (TA), Nutrients, stable oxygen isotopic ratio, Colored Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM), and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)).为探究楚科奇海表层海水的生物地球化学特征，我们通过走航式海水采样系统采集了表层海水样品，并对样品中的生物地球化学参数展开分析，涵盖溶解无机碳（Dissolved Inorganic Carbon, DIC）、总碱度（Total Alkalinity, TA）、营养盐、稳定氧同位素比值、有色溶解有机物（Colored Dissolved Organic Matter, CDOM）以及高效液相色谱（High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC）。
