Arbuscular mycorrhizal composition and diversity in Miombo ecosystem

This study focuses on determining the community composition and diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in Miombo ecosystems of Zambia dominated by tree species of the genera Brachystegia longifolia and Julbernadia paniculata. The study was conducted in three sites of Zambia exhibiting differences in climatic conditions, vegetation composition and soil properties.
