Empirical data for analysis of humans, plants, and lizards.

The folder contains multilocus sequence data for BPP species delimitation analyses of Homo sapiens, Scincella lateralis, and Sarracenia alata. Each folder includes the data file (formatted for BPP), imap files for assigning samples to species, and control files for executing analyses as described in the publication. Four replicate control files for each analysis are included (each with a different starting seed). The R script is used to summarize the results of the BPP analysis by importing the MCMC files, calculating the posterior distribution of GDI values, and producing graphs.
