Suppressor of cytokine signalling (SOCS) proteins have emerged as crucial regulators in cancer progression, exhibiting significant prognostic implications. This review explores the prognostic significance of SOCS in various cancer types and their role in modulating key signalling pathways involved in tumour growth, metastasis, and immune evasion.
