The compressed file contains raw images (1640 x 1232 px) for species. Images were captured by a Raspberry Pi Zero W minicomputer (1 GHz Broadcom, BCM2835 processor, 512 MB RAM) equipped with an 8 MP digital camera (Module v2), placed inside a square inspection chamber with an illumination system made up of ring light LED (diameter 26 cm) placed at the top, with red (R), green (G), blue (B), and white (W) light (6500 K). The vertical distance between the lens and the microgreens canopy was 20 cm. Please read the 'readme.txt' in .rar file for more information.
