中国河北阜平、曲阳、肃宁2023年地表覆盖产品地面实测数据集

土地覆盖是指自然营造无和人工建筑物所覆盖的地表诸要素的综合体，包括地表植被、土壤、冰川、湖泊、沼泽湿地及各种建筑物，具有特定的时间和空间属性，其形态和状态可在多种时空尺度上变化。
本数据集采用《第三次全国国土调查土地分类》，主要包括2023年1月中国河北省保定市阜平县、曲阳县、沧州市肃宁县同步试验样区采集的地表覆盖产品，共计69个测量样点，土地类型覆盖耕地、草地、建筑用地、水利设施等地物，主要用于验证地表覆盖产品和土地利用分类精度。

Land cover refers to the complex of surface elements covered by natural formations and artificial buildings, including surface vegetation, soil, glaciers, lakes, marshes, wetlands and various man-made structures. It has specific temporal and spatial attributes, and its form and state can change across multiple spatio-temporal scales.
This dataset adopts the *Land Classification for the Third National Land Survey*. It mainly includes land cover products collected from synchronous test sample areas in Fuping County, Quyang County of Baoding City, and Suning County of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, in January 2023, with a total of 69 survey sampling points. The covered land types include cultivated land, grassland, construction land, water conservancy facilities and other ground features. It is mainly used to verify the accuracy of land cover products and land use classification.
