This Bio-project comprises 36 RNA-seq datasets, evenly split between shrimp hepatopancreas and intestinal samples. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of Lactobacillus salivarius as a probiotic on shrimp gut microbiome, including both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. Additionally, it seeks to explore how environmental conditions, with a particular focus on temperature, impact the probiotic's efficacy and performance.
