Performed RNASeq analysis comparing A. tumefaciens C58 (fabrum) harboring a plasmid driving ectopic expression of mirA regulator gene (ATU_RS08050) from Plac promoter with the isogenic strain haboring the same plasmid with no mirA (Vector control) Overall design: Triplicate cultures of the two A. tumefaciens derivatives were grown in two mL minimal medium (ATGN) in the presence of 500 mM IPTG and 300 µg/mL to an optical density at 600 nm (OD600) of ~0.6, and total RNA was extracted for RNA Seq analysis.
