Annotated genes at Eggnog-mapper, iTAK and PlantTFDB in the main cultivated Solanaceae: tomato, potato and chili peppers

This dataset contains annotated genes files of the main cultivated Solanaceae species. Coding protein genes of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), potato (Solanum tuberosum) and chili peppers (Capsicum annuum var. annuum, C. annuum var. glabriusculum, C. baccatum, C. chinense), counting 10 accessions, were characterized via the Eggnog-mapper, iTAK and PlantTFDB tools. The resultant annotated genes files are valuable and now available to the interested community for downstream analysis.
