Structured light polarizer data set with four kinds of defects and normal samples

It contains about 10000 normal structured light polarizer images and about 1000 defective structured light polarizer images . The four defects are point, foreign matter, bubble and crease. All the data are taken based on structured light rear projection.该数据集包含约10000张合格结构光偏振片图像，以及约1000张存在缺陷的结构光偏振片图像。其包含的四类缺陷分别为点状缺陷、异物、气泡与折痕。所有数据均通过结构光背投方式采集获取。
