资源简介:
Trained wound-memory in epidermal cells elicits a more efficient response to future injuries, but the full spectrum of their adaptive responses and the contribution of cell lineage subsets is unknown. We performed mini bulk RNA-Seq of Lrig1 and Lgr5 stem cell progenies in the context of two consecutive skin injuries to deeply characterise lineage specific adaptation mecanisms. RNA-seq transcriptome profiling of epidermal Lrig1 and Lgr5 stem cell progenies in the context of two consecutive skin injuries. After genetical labeling through tamoxifen application, tomato positive epidermal cells were sorted from tail skin at different time points: homeostasis (0w), one week post first wound (1w); two weeks post first wound (2w); four weeks post first wound (4w); eight weeks post first wound when a new homeostasis is re-established complete re-epithelialization (8w), one week post secon wound (9w).
