Long-read sequencing of telomerase-negative mutants of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii

Oxford Nanopore Technologies long-read sequencing of reference strain CC-4533 and telomerase mutants (tel-m1 and tel-m2, corresponding to LMJ.RY0402.077111 and LMJ.RY0402.209904, respectively, from the CliP library: Li et al. 2016 The Plant Cell, Vol. 28:367-387, www.plantcell.org/cgi/doi/10.1105/tpc.15.00465). Two samples of tel-m1 were sequenced: tel-m1-0 and tel-m1-1. One sample of tel-m2 was sequenced and called tel-m2-1. Draft genomes were assembled for CC-4533, tel-m1-1 and tel-m2-1. Raw Nanopore reads for each samples are deposited.
