Neurospora crassa OR74A gene expression profiling - 1% Cellulose_2 transcriptome

Neurospora crassa OR74A gene expression profiling; Grown in the presence of 1% Cellulose. Conidia were inoculated in 3ml of Vogel's Minimal Medium Sucrose and then grown overnight in 3ml Vogel's Minimal Medium Sucrose in 24 deep-well plates. The mycelial mass was then washed 3 times in 3ml of Vogel's Minimal Medium lacking a carbon source before shifting to Vogel's minimal medium with the indicated carbon source. Mycelium was then incubated in Vogel's minimal medium with the indicated carbon source for 4h prior to harvesting mycelial mass in liquid nitrogen. All growth/incubation was done at 25C in constant light with constant shaking at 200rpm.
