To investigate the effects of methamphetamine on immune cells, we established three methamphetamine abuse immune cell models. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different immune cell models. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for immune cells and their methamphetamine-treated (250 μM, 24 h) derivatives.
