Global Dengue Observatory Nowcasting Output - 20260601

This dataset is a dated snapshot of the final output of the Global Dengue Observatory (GDO) automated data pipeline, generated by the scheduled GitHub Actions run on 1 June 2026 (log timestamp 15:50:39 UTC). The GDO aggregates publicly reported dengue case data from WHO, WHO SEARO, and PAHO surveillance dashboards and the OpenDengue project, applies empirical reporting-delay correction, and fills remaining gaps in recent months using country-specific seasonal nowcasting. The GDO is updated twice monthly; this release captures one such update. The live, continuously updated dashboard is available at globaldengueobservatory.org.
