Early Neuroinflammatory Signatures and Glucagon-Like Peptide 1 Levels in Neuropathic Symptoms: Evidence from Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the clinical and biochemical data used in the study titled “Early Neuroinflammatory Signatures and Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Levels in Neuropathic Symptoms: Evidence from Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.” The dataset includes newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with and without neuropathic symptoms, as well as healthy control subjects. Variables comprise demographic characteristics, metabolic parameters, and circulating biomarkers including glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1). The primary aim of the dataset is to investigate the relationship between early neuroinflammatory processes and GLP-1 levels in the context of diabetic neuropathy. The dataset supports analyses comparing biomarker profiles between groups and exploring potential associations between metabolic dysregulation and neuroinflammatory pathways. This dataset is provided to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses in metabolic and neuroinflammatory research.
