meta-pipeline-FuncAnno database bundle v1.0

Pre-built annotation database bundle for meta-pipeline-FuncAnno, a functional annotation pipeline for prokaryotic metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs). Contains 10 databases: KofamScan (27,576 KO profiles), Pfam-A (27,481 families), TIGRFAM (4,488 models), dbCAN V14 (875 CAZyme HMMs), HMSS2 (363 sulfur metabolism HMMs), CAMPER (289 polyphenol metabolism HMMs), TCDB (24,281 transporter sequences), VFDB (4,538 virulence factors), AMRFinderPlus (v2026-03-24.1), and DefenseFinder (v2.0.1). HMM databases are pre-indexed with hmmpress and pre-chunked for parallel search. DIAMOND databases are pre-built. Download and extract to use with the pipeline.
