Leaves Endophytic Microorganisms metagenome

In September 2022, tea samples were collected from Guizhou Province. The tea trees in the samples belong to the Longjing 43. Each replicate was selected at a different location, and in each plot, four groups of samples were taken from the leaves of tea trees affected by tea blister blight at different stages of disease progression (early, middle, and late) and healthy tea tree leaves. The healthy group was designated as CB1, and the disease groups were labelled CB2, CB3, and CB4 based on the disease period, with three replicates per group and 12 samples in total. The sampling method used was the 5-point sampling method, and each sample consisted of five sub-samples. Metagenomic sequencing of endophytic microorganisms was performed after surface disinfection of the samples.
