Genome-wide mapping of G- and T-segment pairs of Topo IIbeta action sites by eTIP-PES in developing cerebellar granule neurons

To detect distant segmental passage events catalyzed by topo IIbeta, we devised a new tool called eTIP-PES (PES stands for paired-end sequencing), which includes a step of ligation between G- and T-segments held on the eTIP complex via an oligomer adaptor attached to ends.
